At Mahnoor Dochki, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted garments made with precision and care. Each piece is made to order or produced in limited quantities, and we maintain a strict quality control process before dispatch.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
1. Wrong Article Received – If you receive an item that is different from your confirmed order.
2. Defective or Damaged Product – If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear unboxing video proof).
3. Missing Items – If part of your order is missing (must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel).

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:
• Change of Mind or Personal Dislike After Purchase
• Size Issues if correct size was sent as per order confirmation
• Minor Variations in Color or Embellishment due to lighting/camera effects or screen settings
• Custom or Made-to-Measure Orders unless they are incorrectly made by our team
• Refused Delivery or Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Verification Required for All Claims

To prevent fraudulent claims, customers must provide:
• An unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened, without any cuts)
• Photographs showing the issue clearly
• Order number and proof of purchase

Claims without the above will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is verified and approved by our team:
• You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Policy Abuse

Any attempt to abuse our refund policy through false claims, repeated returns, or chargebacks without valid reason will result in the customer being blacklisted from future purchases.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to protect our brand and customers from misuse.
